Michael Bojaj started the process and he was awesome. Tracy Webb took over and nothing moved for weeks, she was terrible. Then Troung (Paul) Le took over and did a great job expediting the loan to meet the closing date.
Paul Le had no idea what he was talking about 95% of the time. Loan closes late. Documents are still incorrect and we had to put down 32% of the cost of our home to finally close… an absolute joke of an experience! Still waiting to hear back because they did not use the correct appraisal! I can not recommend Pennymac as there was not 1 single evened that went smoothly!!!
The process was very smooth and easy to understand
The expectations were given early which meant when documents were actually requested I was able to have them ready when the time came. Sandi was always professional and friendly, she answered questions clearly so I did not feel any unease during any of the process. It was much quicker than I had anticipated as well. That was appreciated.

Sandi and Alex were very professional in handling my experience. They were friendly, caring, they listened, they explained procedures, answered my many questions and were patient. One can sum it up in a very short statement. They were world class associates! I thank them both.

We had a great experience because things were explained to me in a way that I could understand and if I asked a question it was answered. I wasn't treated like I didn't have a clue. They took the time to explain to me in a way I understood it all. It was done very quickly and they made it very easy. Great job!
