All the loan officers we interacted with were extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us. They explained everything clearly and hand held us through the entire process. I will give them a 5 start rating and would recommend them to my friends and family.
It was a great experience.
I have used Pennymac on a previous Re fi. This attempt was painful at best. Multiple request for the same information from multiple people who I spoke with. Attempting to remove equity out of my house that was financed by Pennymac should not have been this difficult. Time to reevaluate your process.
