Veryborofesional and helpful
I was told I only needed account numbers & routing numbers at closing, if I did not have a voided check. Turns out I needed a voided check. I talked to several different people and depending what day it was each one had a different answer. It took me three phone calls to get the correct number to the title company to find out the status of funds distribution.
An overabundance of communications relaying the same information (ex; receiving several emails and phone calls in regards to one aspect of the process).
Being heard and follow through requests asked by customer.
PennyMac did outstanding job. The inconvenience I had was with the seller. They were no providing the right document at the right time. Now, at home trying to have several things repair. I am a happy customer!
Jamie Wright was fantastic! I believe without his help I don't know when we would have closed. It seems like my loan got bounced around to a couple of people before Mr. Wright stepped in. That is my I said it was Ok.

Direct phone number to reach the loan processing team. Timely reply to escrow team. check the names on the closing document (documentation). Response to request email or phones with in 48hrs. We (escrow team and me) waited for days and couldn't reach anyone. Please check your recording for reference.
