The process went smooth overall. I'd change the way the title company pays off lenders in the refinance process though. Very inconvenient to have to mail checks, especially checks with large amounts.

I thought the process took too long. I forwarded all requested documents exponentially and the day before we closed I received another request for more documents. It was a little unnerving knowing I had to close the next day. Thank you.

Ammie was the 6th person I dealt with in my process of refinancing, finally I was dealing with someone who knew what was going on, I sent my documents over to so many people and was very discouraged that I didn’t care if this refinance even went thru until I started working with Ammie, she was a true pleasure to work with, Pennymac is blessed to have her on their team, this process took a total of 3 months to close, and I’m confident if it wasent for Ammie I would of stopped trying and moved on to another loan institute

The response time to questions was very long and sometimes I didn’t get a response at all. Plus, it would have been nice to get to talk to Noah directly when calling but I had to speak to many different people when I called.
