It was very fast
Oversight on adding my wife to the title which pushed back closing an additional week. Notary missing a signature page which delayed release of funds. Difficulty getting clarification on documentation to submit.
LaTasha answered my calls promptly and was attentive to my concerns. Everyone that o spoke to from beginning to closing was helpful and eased and concerns that I had about the process.
