Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I had experienced 2 other loan companies and PennyMac was by far the best to work with; smooth, direct, communicative and efficient!

The process was trouble-free and very easy. Communication was great and it was easy to get in touch with my loan officer if I had questions.

My only complaint is based on my initial application to get a home equity loan. You input your contact information so someone can call you. It took about 5 day for someone to call me.
