Excellent customer service
The whole process was very smooth and my loan processors made it very easy. From start to finish everyone involved did a great job !!
Payoff quotes wasn’t updated and I was told it would be done 48hrs before closing and that didn’t happen!

The same document was requested a couple of times due to underwriter. That was not communicated clearly to me and it was frustrating. Sending emails requesting the same its bothersome to people like me. It took me talking to someone from customer service that had worked as a underwriter to explain what exactly they were looking for and it wasn't a statement as stated in the emails,
