The process for the new loan was smooth and didn't require a lot of time. The loan team was great.

The closing process was really quick and convenient. Schedule the closing, a notary contacts you so you know where to meet them. 15 minutes there and I had signed everything. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Refinancing is stressful it is not Pennmac fault. Nothing they could have change to make it better.
People are great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
