As for a returning customer, service was great all the way thru document requests to closing on time.

The whole team was available and responsive to my inquiries in a timely manner. They worked hard to ensure that the whole process is completed efficiently and accurately.

Communcating and having clients understand the whole process. Makeing everything transparent to the clients and keeping clients informed when any issues need tobe adressed through out the process.

Evelyn was great but I had issues the whole process and spoke with many staff members. I only spoke with Evelyn once.

Antonae was fine. When I started the closing costs were included, then they weren't (I caught this luckily). The interest rate was wrong (I caught this as well). The frequency of closing disclosures was way too high. And given the previous issues I felt I really needed to look at every single one. Since my existing loan that I was refinancing was with Penny Mac, I expected this process to be way less painless and simple.
