From start to finish, there was hardly any communication explaining the process from the PennyMac Team. We constantly had to contact PennyMac to clarify and receive information. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A CONFIRMATION LETTER (or communication) THAT OUR LOAN HAS CLOSED. Respectfully request you review your communication process with applicants for a better experience.

First off the process started smoothly with Jennelle Sherman. She sent what was needed and we responded promptly. The appraisal was scheduled quickly. The report from the appraisal company was conducted on 18 Feb. We received the report on 3rd of March. Between asking for duplicate r documentation over and over again and items being misplaced was the start of the headaches.
