Prompt response to questions and also great customer service
Clear communication and answered all questions timely.
Lessen the amount of paperwork for refinancing, this wasn’t a new loan. Communication was usually during working hours when I wasn’t always able to talk. Should have information relayed to me after business hours.

Alex fields was great and very responsive! Once Ashton got involved, the response time was much slower and sometimes I had to ask the same questions more than once. Also, several questions were not answered clearly and she would end each email by saying please reach out with any questions, which was both ironic and frustrating. I’m happy with the end result, but Alex Field was the most helpful and informative in this process.
Marcia is very knowledgeable about the refi process and made it stress free. The refinance process was really smooth from start to finish. She is very friendly and is easy to communicate with, always made her self available to any questions I had. Great experience working with her.
