My closing got changed because some pay numbers did not macth ang the paperwork did not come on time for closeing. I know things can happen. Over all things worked out fine
My experience with Latasha was great. She was there to help when others were not able too or when they were too busy to communicate with. She was more than willing to send out emails to managers to get them to respond in a timely manner.

I was well taken cared of with Marc. I have felt used before in the refinance process… however Marc was clear, patient and understanding.
I received phone calls over and over for the same thing and emails over and over for the same thing. It’s like the system didn’t know what was going on and duplication was taking place. People I spoke with was very professional and knew what to do when ask questions. The closing fees were never really explained clearly to me except the VA fees all the others never was communicated clear but it is what it is and we closed.
