Once I agree, I was asked to provide private information. However, for a consumer, if you called me, should you already have this information? A recommendation may be to create a validation with the customer's phone on file. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me.
There were Multiple requests to sign the closing disclosure which had incorrect payouts. I would not sign because these same docs were sent each time; I believe 7 times, finally Renee Geikler sent an updated copy and the next day Savanna Palmer notified me that the correct Document was now complete and that we could just sign on closing Day which we did and are now closed
Easy process
The entire refinancing process was very smooth, communication was clearly given and expectations were met

Deon was always pleasant and understanding over the phone. He was quick with his responses by phone and email. His explanations of the process was clear and always answered my questions and concerns effectively.
