The loan rate and terms could not be beat. Veronica was helpful and responsive but the size of Penny Mac makes it difficult to have an experience that feels personal.
I felt as if it was very difficult to communicate with my loan officer. Although whenever I did communicate with him he was very good, felt like because I was already set to finish that I was placed on the back end.
Russ was a very knowledgeable and nice person to work with.
