The Mac team concept does not appear to work. I grew very sick of calling to talk to persons that were not assigned to my case and felt like I was constantly getting passed around. The website interface was incorrect throughout the entire process listing a different loan processor from the purchase team despite me bringing up the error MULTIPLE times. I started the official process aug.2021. Closed in april 2022.i dk what exactly was happening for the length of time and switched so many processing agents.all the way to the day bfr closing..also same loan officer until day bfr closing.i am pleaesed with new payment but overall there good.
