It was a very easy experience
Because to many request for the same document.Also the document we did send didn’t get downloaded and some one would request it again.I was that i would receive a phone call with a updated only happened maybe once had to call and ask.Also just about every time we get some else that would give us a different answer.

Quicker communication. I had multiple questions I emailed about and never heard back from anyone to answer them.
Mariela did a good Job. Tim however, did not communicate the process or potential impacts of decisions. Working with Tim felt like a number to get pushed through the process so he could get paid
