Very easy process. Norma Brambila was very helpful.
Yester was very responsive and knowledgeable. She made the refinance very easy and answered all the questions I had. If she didn’t know the answer she told me she would find out and get back with me. She always followed back up with me.
Dealing with Anna was the best and smoothest part of my mortgage process. She was always pleasant and quick to respond to issues, and efficiently dealt with my three simultaneous mortgage files pushing them to close on time, despite short timelines.
I had no issues with Nathan or Anna. I have bought and sold at least 20 houses in my lifetime and though this loan retired the most documentation I found it to be acceptable. I have already recommended Pennymac to another borrower
Only issue is with your automated document tracker. You need to have the option of having your agents be able to update when they receive the required documents and not just those uploaded to the tool. This precludes the customer from being inundate
Yuri and Rosario were patient and kind, always making me feel accepted when I showed my lack of knowledge. They always put me at ease and helped me to understand. I was very grateful!

William Stanwick and Peter Ashworth were both easy to work with. Both were responsive when we had questions and answered them in a timely manner.
We didn't start out with pennymac and unfortunately we had our mortgage sold to them without our knowledge. We are trying to rebuild our house after a tornado and the process is only being held up by Pennymac. They want their money right away and are.on your butt if you are even a day late but they are taking their sweet time releasing funds and have horrible communication skills. I can't wait to get rid of pennymac. They got one star but only because I couldn't give zero
