Responsive and thorough. Made the refinance easy.
This does not reflect on Veronica. She and Tracey were excellent. Your underwriters made multiple requests for insurance and we're not clear exactly what they wanted. I provided them my insurance and they dropped the ball. The closing agent put the wrong documents in the closing documents, so escrow was wrong. I caught it the day before closing and called and gave to corrections that needed to happen. I drove 7 hours to the closing and found they were still inaccurate the next day, so much so that I have to rely on th... read more
