What made my experiences great was Joselyn Nieves took her time to listen to the need of customers. She always responded to emails and phone calls within a timely manner. she was also very knowledgeable about her job. She is a good team memeber.
Great experience refinancing with Penny Mac and working with Joselyn Nieves through our loan process. I had my preexisting mortgage with Pennymac and called with some questions about refinancing and ended up starting the process that very day. I think the overall experience was great from start to finish. My wife and I had a smooth process and everything we were told was accurate and on time. It was a great experience. In fact it was so good I already referred PennyMac to a colleague. Amanda was very nice and answered all of our questions and guided us very well. She was awesome.
