Cash to close was very unclear even to the day of closing. My closing disclosure said one amount but I was told to pay a higher amount.... also, I was charged with Points when I did not needed to pay for it because my house appraised for way more than expected. No one could explain why I was getting charger for it... Barry was amazing!!! He was on top of all details and help me to get thru this time...

The whole experience was very positive, I will use PennyMac again for my mortgage needs.
Chantel kept me updated, daily exchanging emails. Took a bit to get the solar system paperwork required from Tesla, once received process went swiftly. She is a great employee.
Very Pleasant
My refinance process went smooth. All questions or concerns were promptly answered. No time during the process did I feel unsure about anything. Everyone I spoke with during this refinance process, were professional and very patient with my needs.

My final numbers changed twice (increased).
Kayla was great, I didn’t have any issues with her. The rest of the process was mediocre at best. However, the end result was what we set out to do so it’s hard to complain too much. The portal seems to be where much of the issues arise. On multiple occasions I was told to “upload to the portal” despite there not being an option to do so unless a document has been specifically requested through said portal.
