What made my experience so great was the team that I communicated with during the second and successful phase of the loan process. It started with Craig Palmer and concluded with LaToyaka Merritt. My experience prior to that had been stressful, not only with Pennymac but with a previous lender. But Craig restored my confidence in Pennymac and then LaToyaka's regular and positive communication kept me stress free and that was a blessing!
