The process was smooth and timely
Not repeatedly asking for documents you already had, closing in a timely manner, being told i needed two ids for closing
PennyMac and staff are great. Everyone involved made the process easy and stress-free.
The appraisal process held up our closing. I don’t believe this is a reflection of PennyMac, but it was frustrating to get not get it completed in a timely fashion.
Michelle was awesome. She reached out every milestone and kept me in the loop with each step. She was knowledge as she was able to answer every question without having table an item.
