Very professional and easy to work with.
I think there is a lot of room for improvement. There were gaps in communication. I was not always clear on who my contact was. There seemed to be to people working together without any cohesion. But, compared to other experiences that I have had, I would say this was much better than they were. This whole industry seems to suffer from the same defects though. Fast money, loose standards.

You guys were great. Paulette was way better than that Kyle guy that was assigned to me before.
PennyMac needs to find a new third-party appraisal. As someone who works in the lending industry and deals with desktop appraisals, avms, and physical appraisers I cant believe a company as large as PennyMac continues with this appraisal company. The appraisal process was absolutely filled with friction
