Very professional and easy to work with.
Nothing could make it better unless you fire Paul, Jesika, and Veronica. I had to do all the follow-up calling and it was difficult to get the same person working my loan. Delays (days) waiting for call backs. Seller and I asked for a speedy closing and it was not speedy. My agent had to keep sending the same documents, I had to find the appraisal to send to my agent even with a promise that PennyMac would send to me. You guys were great. Paulette was way better than that Kyle guy that was assigned to me before.
PennyMac needs to find a new third-party appraisal. As someone who works in the lending industry and deals with desktop appraisals, avms, and physical appraisers I cant believe a company as large as PennyMac continues with this appraisal company. The appraisal process was absolutely filled with friction
Hilda was wonderful in communication in the entire loan process - she was also available to take calls and help clear up any questions - she kept us from feeling like an island in this process - thanks Hilda!
very easy process
Process was very thorough, but easily understood thanks to the penny mac team.
Pennymac's encrypted email system severely slowed and complicated communications. communication between realtor, insurance agent, title company, and myself were terrible causing most members to be uninformed of where we were in the process. In addition, Pennymac was deceptive in the way the representative selling the loan had a direct line but once I was locked in I very rarely could actually get ahold of the agent assigned to my line. more times than not I had to call to request a call back.
