Hello, I gave such a low score due to the lack of communication from Brianna, it was nearly impossible to get her to reply to my title companies requests/phone calls/emails. I requested my own title company to close my loan, it was like she didn't want to deal with that. I had multiple calls from people that tried to set up appointments to come to my home to do the closing. I kept telling them where I was doing my closing and set up my date via your system.
