I usually withhold my high praise, however my VA cash out refinance loan process with PennyMac was outstanding. It went as well as could it be. One objective of mine was to get out from under a HERO loan which PennyMac has allowed me to do. From start to finish PennyMac answered all of my questions or they pointed me in the right direction.
