Better communication from the loan officer. In fact both the refinance (initial rep) and the secondary rep both someone poor after initial conversations

The entire process was a blackbox with where we were at in the process. Initially, I talked to Michael who explained the entire process and we went over the numbers. It was clear to proceed but then I was in a dark period for MONTHS that extended beyond the rate-lock. I am grateful that we kept the rate but I was asked for documents that did not exist for over a month until a human actually made the changes I had requested a handful of times. Everything was great
Next to refinancing in the 90s and 2000s before the crash at 2008, this was the smoothest refinancing I've ever been through. I appreciate everybody helping me when I changed my mind to go ahead and do some cash out. You didn't even bulk and moved right forward with it. Thank you so much for making everything easy
