Everything was quick and easy and explained very well.
Prompt process, no major hangups and everyone was clear, pleasant and efficient
Our refinancing processes didn't take long. I remember receiving the call because the rates dropped unexpectedly, and I was asked to move quickly; however, it was the best decision we made. We close in two weeks times frame and it was not a stressful process since they already had all our information.
Overall friendly and everything was communicated accurately and all questions were answered. Easy process to say the least. Easier than I expected.
The Mac team work was excellent, great and quick respond by phone and email. The process from day one to finish was present and quick. I really enjoyed war with Frank Johnson and the Rea of the team. Thanks

Latasha was excellent to work with, there seemed to be some breakdowns on follow through at the end. I did not feel it was from Latasha, seemed more like a system problem. The org. closing disclosure was incorrect based on a conversation I had with someone who was not listed as part of my team. Although Joe got on the call by the end.
