Loan process team maintained constant throughout all required steps. Head processor was quick to respond to questions and resolve unexpected conflicts as they arose. Strongly support team's availability to contact and respond to questions.

Joyce was very prompt, professional, and very helpful.
We never spoke to a Tatana Prant. On 3/7/2022 Gabriel called and said a Tasha Hoekstra would be our loan specialist and would be calling us with regular updates. We never had any calls or contact from her. We would call our My Mac team with questions and those people were very helpful and I was satisfied with them.
Everyone did there job very well. There are some things that I would have liked more details on but overall it was an easy experience
Bethany Montague was very knowledgeable and explained all the documents.We was very satisfied with her.she did a great job.all I give you is Five Star reating.
