Grace was awesome and did everything she could to ensure we closed promptly and in the timeframe we wanted!
It was very frustrating to not get a complete list of the documents required from PennyMac. Grace did an excellent job of communication when the underwriters needed additional documents. Several times we were told we were all set only to have another request for additional documents. Which took us a day or two to get and then a day or two for PennyMac to process every single time. All communication was great. Explanations were very clear. Received a detailed weekly status update. PennyMac did their job on time. We were delayed a bit by the appraiser, but PennyMac had no control over that.
PennyMac did a bate and switch on the initial loan quote they provided me. Had to have a manager looped in. Finally got approval to proceed with loan honoring the initial loan quote.
