The process could not have been simpler. I called and spoke with a loan officer, and he would put documentation in the portal. He would notify me when/what needed to be done in the portal. Then when the processing was complete, a mobile notary was sent to my house for the closing.

Thank you! It took awhile to close, several people left positions and new employees took spots. I feel it delayed the process. Quite a few of the employees were well informed and had great customer service.
