The process was pretty hassle free through it's entirety. The only issue I had was trying to communicate with my loan officer(s). It was very difficult to get my assigned officers on the phone. I understand the Pennymac is a large company. However, a handful of times I was helped by someone who was not directly involved with my loan at the beginning. That was fine, however, I would have like to have a more direct communication with the person who had been helping my originally.
PennyMac made my refi quick and painless!
Everything was streamlined and prompt. It was a very great experience and any issues were promptly resolved. Overall, great customer service.

Laci did a great job, keeping the process clear, straightforward, and tmely.
LaRonda was great but unfortunately she came into the process at the very end. My overall experience was long and unclear. I had to work directly with different people from 3 different agencies to get this loan closed because those agencies including PennyMac were not communicating with eachother. My closing date kept getting postponed which held things up for me financially.
everyone was nice even then things got confusing
