Cheree rebuilt my confidence with this company. Initially, I was left with reservations and concern, once Cheree introduced herself I felt so much better. I was told initially that the process would be much shorter by Steven Garcia. I am very thankful that I got to work with Cheree, she was patient professional and amazing at keeping me informed and answering questions. The title company experience was not the greatest. They were confused about my address of my home. They kept confusing my address with a south side location awhich prolong the process.

It fell thru after being approved the first time because of time for Penny Mac to get the closing done before time ran out. I had to reapply and all terms, etc. changed. DeAngelo did fine, the process was challenging, but at the end it went thru, so...
