Brittany made me feel comfortable with the entire loan process. She checked with me on a regular basis and made sure I was no schedule with what was required of me. Brittany gave me positive suggestions that worked when I had problems obtaining documents and statements. Truly a GREAT experience.

The communication between team members were not consistent. Everyone was not on the same page. Documents were repeatedly submitted over and over.

Brittany was very good to work with. There was a hiccup with the final acceptance: we got conflicting reports on when we'd made it to the final approval stage. At one point, we got notification we were approved and we could scheduled the closing; it was two weeks before that information was hammered out and the closing was scheduled. It took nearly 2 months -- part of that was because our roof needed repair -- which I told the loan office initially was part of the reason we wanted money -- but we had to get it repaired b... read more
I have taken out several loans from different lenders, PennyMac was the easiest and quickest process of them all. They didn't continually come back requesting more documents every time things went into underwriting. I would highly recommend!
