I felt communication was disjointed. The first closing papers were wrong. If I hadn't been proactive on the rescheduling of closing I'm not sure when it would have happened. I was also assured that my first closing appointment that needed to be rescheduled would be cancelled by PennyMac but it was not.
I was doing a VA refi. I thought the process was explained pretty well. The whole process only took a few days.
