Closing happened a little faster than anticipated
Our loan specialist, Nate Hoffman, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had during the entire process. He made a normally nerve-wracking experience smooth sailing!

My'Esha was great. She was very responsive , conscientious, friendly. Any less than perfect ratings are not about her. The problem is that our loan officer said to hold our August payment because they would handle it in escrow. We got late notices and collections reported a missed payment to credit agencies. Ken Price kindly offered to correct this,. Thanks. You should have loan officers talk to collections to avoid this in the future.
Nicholas was very helpful and prepared us with what to expect for the whole process. We had an outstanding experience!

We directed through the process with ease and handled professionally.
Had the loan closed sooner we would have not been charged 3.1k at closing for property tax. Not happy with that result.
PennyMac was awesome. Quick and easy. Everyone was helpful. Answered question quick. I would send everyone to Pennymac. Deion was the best, helpful,considerate and knew his stuff.
