Very little was required of me. Just fill out a few forms then sign sign sign. If I could go back to every house I've purchased I would chose PennyMac. Aces!
Communications. Commitments at my work made it difficult to answer the phone several times, I called back as soon as I got a chance but there was never an answer. Instead we communicated through voice-mails.
