I initiated the streamline with PennyMac after receiving so many mailings. When speaking to Quintrell Hilliard she told me if got a lower rate she would change my rate and give me 300.00 off my closing. I did get the rate but never saw the 300.00 and I did not feel the escrow account was explained. Once it went to drew he was hard to reach and after several messages he called me. I think the payoff was higher than what I owed and expect I will get a refund for that. Closing cost increased
Some of the closing documents had my last name in complete. Pierre instead of StPierre
PennyMac was the original lender, so when we refi’d it was frustrating that at closing we found my husband’s name misspelled. We and the notery could not reach anyone to assist us and had to cancel the closing. I was able to reach a customer service person who said a manager would call me back but I have year to hear from them. At the 2nd closing we found that his name was only corrected on half of the documents. We had to edit and initial the remaining documents. And still no call back!!

My closing documents final numbers were much different than the e-document that was sent to me prior to the closing date. The date had to be pushed back to have the documents revised. I still don't have the information I need to set up my auto payments on he new loan. On a side note, Deion Smith always answered when I called, or called me back very promptly. Also, I was disappointed to find out that lower interest rates were offered to other customers after I had already started my refinance.
10/10 would re-fi again!

On the original date of our closing we received a call 30 minutes before the schedule me time that the paperwork was delayed. The closing didn’t happen on the original date and it was never clear as to why. I also had trouble getting anyone on the phone to tell me what was going on and to reschedule the closing. The closing happen a week later but I felt that communication was lacking.
