This was an easy and straight forward process. Joseph DeMasi and Deion Smith were polite and knowlegable. If I had one complaint, it would be that I have 2.5% interest rate instead of the going 2.25% rate I realize it's only 1/4%....

1st of all Mr KIRLEIS was courteous and professional.He explained the most important parts and had all the signature lines highlighted.The process well and comfortably. There needs to be less hands in the cookie jar. Multiple mistakes were made and always talked to different individuals. They pulled it together at the end and I am grateful for that. But it shouldn’t be so hard to get in touch with someone.
