Loan process was pretty easy. Everything was done via the phone and email. E sign was easy as well. My loan processor always was quick getting back with me.
Andree Pinson was great. He had me signed up and on to the next team within hours. Nathan communicated well and answered every email I sent him. It was truly an easy process, especially compared with my previous loans experiences.
I have requested a copy of my appraisal several times. This is the only part that is still frustrating with my experience
The ease of submitting documents and knowing they were secure through the PennyMac portal. Also closing was a breeze and very accommodating. Great and friendly staff.
All calls came from a main number but when I called that number I had to leave a message...if a customer is assigned a specific agent then his/her number should also be assigned so when contacted only their voice mail should come up not a general number.
