The loan didn't close in the time I expected, it was WAY FASTER! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please give Nick Hagan a raise because he truly deserves it! I never had to call PennyMac for a status update or to ask questions because he kept me informed through the entire process regardless if there was a status change or not. Phenomenal Nick!!!!!!! signing of the closing documents were delay by 2 hours with no communication with me. i had to call the closing person to find out what was going on,
Was easy process, he was very patient with me and helped me all the way till end of the process. Every time I tried to contact him he replied. We had good communication.
P-Mac pulled an additional Payment of $1292.78 for my old loan AFTER I closed on my new VA IRRL loan. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income and need this money returned YESTERDAY. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! I have four sons...all American military veterans...and none of them will ever use Penny Mac after what you have done to me.
Very efficient and helpful, doing loan or even refi-loan paperwork is rarely fun but this went smooth, and was done fast
