Nicholas was awesome, very quick to respond. It took forever to get to closing but I would imagine that was due to the pandemic, which I understand.

I called another highly advertised mortgage company. The way they answered the phone and spoke made me think it was a computer talking. They were cold, arrogant and they were only interested in asking me questions and getting my social to pull a credit report before answering any of my questions as if they were doing me a favor. PennyMac, OK the other hand, asked questions, answered my questions, and then pulled credit report. They seemed very genuine in an effort to help me get a better rate.
It was aggravating at times but they finally figured it out
Joseph followed up with us frequently on the status of our loan. He was knowledgeable about the process and was always able to answer our questions.
