At the beginning of the process, I had a hard time getting thru because of the high volume of calls. So I left a message and it wasn't long before I was contacted. Once the process began everything went smoothly and quick. I was constantly updated on all matters concerning the loan process and closing. I thank all who were involved in my refinancing.

The amount of communication and follow up via phone which was nice since I wasn't working locally with someone.
The entire process was fairly smooth. All staff from my Loan Officer to the processing agent was very responsive and answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. There was some confusion with requested documents.. but once clarified, everything went smoothly. All staff were very helpful and professional, considering the Working situation due to COVID19.
