I was seen by Dr. Omar Villavicencio, DDS yesterday for my annual dental check-up, and it was my first visit to the office. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed—not only by the beautiful combination of pastel yellow, blue, gray, and white tones throughout the space, but even more by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, from the front desk to the treatment room. Very pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly. I also did not feel rushed. Dr. Villavicencio and his staff was very honest and upfront!!! Thank you for a splendid experience after not being to the dentist in 10 plus years.
The day before Christmas my front tooth came out. I contacted my husband’s dentist office the day after Christmas and they were able to see the same day. The staff and the doctor were kind, friendly and very professional.. Dr. V fixed my teeth and also recommended services to prevent this mishap from happening. I am from Pennsylvania and here visiting in Miami for a few weeks. I needed dental care for an infected tooth. I googled ‘gentle dentistry’ because I am a big chicken of dentists. The folks at People First Dentistry were amazing! I was seen the very next day. The receptionist, X-ray technician, and Dr. Villavicencio (dentist) were very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this dental office.
I won’t lie, the dentist is something that I’ve always been intimidated by out of irrational fear and anxiety, but the entire staff at People First, from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist, is super professional and incredibly protective of their patients. I have never had a dentist experience as comfortable and welcoming as I have had coming here. HIGHLY recommended! 👏🏻
