I have been paying for my unit for 3 years, I had a financial issue and they would not take partial payments. Screwed me. Which me who is trying to live paycheck by paycheck, I couldn’t do it. I've had a unit here for over 3 years now & never had any issues until recently. New management took over sometime within the last year & since then my bill has gone up twice, my due date changed which cut me short by 10 days, the onsite kiosk went down over 6 months ago & hasn't been fixed, and last month I get a text from Peoria storage center saying I've been accessing my unit "after allowable hours"! My husband and I have two units here. This week the gate has been locked and after 4 phone calls and several different codes we are still unable to gain entry to our units! We have been waiting on a call back from the property owner for the last 4 days!!! Not very happy. My husband said there were signs around property saying something about a court date. Not sure what is going on and we are extremely angry that we have been locked out of our units since we are current on the payments!!!
Been renting at this facility for almost 3 years. My padlock was cut, and one of the members of management called me to inform me of the situation. After reviewing the tapes they were able to catch the person who did this. Thank you for helping catch the culprit.
This place isn't worth the money. It's cheap and it shows. Units leak, infested with mice, and if you are 5 days late you get a $20 late fee. New management? Can't really tell the difference. Place is a dump and should be shut down. Better off leaving your stuff outside.
