Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs We hired Pepco to install a building automation system, and it failed within days of installation. Pepco’s troubleshooting efforts were useless, even after reaching out to the manufacturer. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame our office for the issue (as if it’s always someone else’s fault). The customer service was either non-existent or outright rude.
