Pepper Ridge Apartments This complex is in a great location, I've lived here for 41/2 years.It has everything you can ever need. It has the usual, such as, swimming pool, exercise room, a great staff.I love the fact that it's right in the heart of everything. Great restaurants, shopping centers, sporting events. Over priced. Over priced apts that is 38 years old with outdated appliances and consistent water leaks in apts. Management needs to do a better job with customer service. This property don't give the best bang for your bucks. Also ANYONE can move in there as long as they have some income from ANYWHERE.
OVERPRICED I would like to restate that it is not just "expensive" it is overpriced. This apartment complex is falling apart. This is the worst place I have ever lived! If you want to keep any shred of sanity, do not live here!!!! They are rude and manipulative. No one gives a straight answer and seems to care at all. Do not, I beg as a fellow human, do not live in Pepper Ridge Apartments. You will regret it.
They don't even deserve 1 star we have lived there for almost two years brought our son home there and there is mold all in our apartment and all they did was paint over it!!!! Not mention my son is only 8 months old!!! So I would refer anyone here not even a first time renter!!!

Not even worth the 1 star I gave. Absolutely the worst management I've ever worked with. And after 2 years of living there they still have no concern for a loyal and obedient resident. Will never ever reference anyone to move their. Unbelievable and ridiculous.
