The worst experience I have ever faced while living in this apartment. Their laundry almost all time did not work. Their maintenance request is horrible. They took almost 1 month to solve a problem. Our apartment was flooded once and they are using the machine by using our electricity for two days. I never faced this worst experience at any places.

As of 1/13/24 another leak has occurred. As of 12/29/23 another leak occurred. This part was written before 12/29/23 If you enjoy listening to water drip every day and the fear of personal belongings getting ruined, move here IMMEDIATELY. Been here only 3 months and had 4 different leaks with a 5th in the kitchen that’s been dripping for over a month.

I’ve lived here for about a year, and it’s been a great experience so far! Char and Marissa in the leasing office are amazing. they’re always on top of things and really do work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. I also haven’t had any maintenance issues luckily. Overall it’s a nice place.

I love this place!!! Super nice people!! I’d definitely recommend Peppertree to all my friends and family! The apartments are very clean..perfect for a family or even just yourself.

I've lived here for 3 years. I've always loved the location, the quiet of it. The units are a good size, the rent is reasonable. The new manager especially has brought a certain air of dignity and an increasingly family friendly atmosphere. I appreciate the care we receive when things break in our apartment. Put simply, I consider this place a home, and I would not hesitate to raise a family here.
