As of 1/13/24 another leak has occurred. As of 12/29/23 another leak occurred. This part was written before 12/29/23 If you enjoy listening to water drip every day and the fear of personal belongings getting ruined, move here IMMEDIATELY. Been here only 3 months and had 4 different leaks with a 5th in the kitchen that’s been dripping for over a month.
I love this place!!! Super nice people!! I’d definitely recommend Peppertree to all my friends and family! The apartments are very clean..perfect for a family or even just yourself.
I've lived here for 3 years. I've always loved the location, the quiet of it. The units are a good size, the rent is reasonable. The new manager especially has brought a certain air of dignity and an increasingly family friendly atmosphere. I appreciate the care we receive when things break in our apartment. Put simply, I consider this place a home, and I would not hesitate to raise a family here.
I haven't lived in Peppertree long but I have had a generally nice experience living here. My issues with it have nothing to do with management. Char had become the manager about the same time I moved in and she did an excellent job! She has made me feel valued and found me a place to live when I wasn't sure if I'd find one. Proud owner for two years. Beautiful exterior and interior designs, incredibly priced especially for the decor. Quick and polite maintnance. And quite possibly the best management you're going to find running Apartment Complexes. You will be taken care of every step of the way. You can ask Charlene for anything you need and it will be taken care of promptly! Water is also pretty good, since I've seen a few reviews commenting on it, have had no problems with the quality of water. Overall, 5/5, and I wish I could give more.
