Called on Monday April 20th, was left on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up called back the next day, the young lady that answered the phone seemed preoccupied. Took my information, including my insurance info, said i can possibly squeeze you in tomorrow which is Wednesday for 1pm, but let me verify your insurance and ill call you back to work out an appointment time. Very unprofessional I booked an appointment an hour later they called back and canceled the appointment stating they was short on staff this week well you had to know that before scheduling my appointment. I was recommended by Dr Fletcher she said they was the best. But to bad I didn’t get the experience because they staff are horrible. Her name was Cecilia.

Best dentist visit ever. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and caring and I was seen within minutes of getting to my appointment! Extremely fair priced and great work :)

I have previously had horrible experiences at other dental clinics. I first learned about Perez dental through my in laws who have been coming here for years. This clinic does not accept my HMO insurance, however, I am willing to pay out of pocket for this service. I also live about 45 minutes away and I am more than willing to make the drive!
