Madhavi B is amazing! She’s truly the perfect eyebrow lady — she shaped my brows beautifully and listened to exactly what I wanted. She’s gentle, precise, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. My brows have never looked better! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants perfect eyebrows every time.

cheap and quick eyebrow thread service ($12) but the customer service entirely set me off, i was given a weird look coming in by a man that was likely her husband just sitting in the room and the lady had a rude demeanor. she rolled her eyes at me and barely acknowledged me. i’m fine with the eyebrows, they are a bit uneven and my eyebrows were irritated from how rough she handled my eyebrows. she did not care about the specifics about shaping my eyebrow and thinned the hell out of my eyebrows. eyebrow hair was everywhere on... read more

I needed a really quick eyebrow clean up. I showed up at 6:49pm. 11 minutes before close and I know it would have took like 10 minutes max to clean my eyebrows. I didn't need them shaped or anything. The lady still had her door open and told me she was closed and couldn't do my eyebrows. I was so disappointed because I always tip any service and was willing to pay more in order to do a cleanup 😭
